Built one county deep.
PropStream, ATTOM, and Zillow all chase the same hopeless prize: every county in America, with every detail, all at once. The result is data that looks impressive in a sales demo and falls apart the moment a Charleston wholesaler tries to use it for a real deal.
ParcelScope is the opposite. We pick one county. We go deep. We talk to the assessor's office, watch the GIS feeds change daily, fix every weird edge case for Folly Beach's STR registry, hand-validate the SC SOS entity matches. The data isn't shallow because we don't need to fake breadth — Charleston is the entire product.
We sell to the people who actually move money around in this market — wholesalers, STR operators, agents, attorneys, journalists. Not to hedge funds. Pricing is built for solo operators; team plans for brokerages start where most other tools end.
Who we are
ParcelScope is built by ThreatLabs LLC, a small Charleston-based shop that ships open-source software for security and intelligence work. We care about public records, transparency, and refusing to play surveillance games. No ad-tech, no data resale, no behavioral fingerprinting.
What's next
Berkeley and Dorchester counties are scaffolded next. Beyond the tri-county area, expansion is opportunistic — we'll only add a county when we can do it as deep as Charleston. If your county isn't covered and you wish it were, tell us.
